Owner / Project Manager

Clayton Dowling has lived, worked and played in Whistler since 1994. With a multitude of local contacts and a strong reputation as a fair and honest businessman, Clay spends his energy running the company, skiing with his family and friends and raising his genius daughter McKinley.

As a licensed builder Clay takes his responsibility to your property seriously. His familiarity with Whistler properties, the history of the building industry in the valley and decades of experience means you’re in good hands.

Project Lead

Peter hails from the UK but lives here in Whistler. His dedication and hard work have propelled him to the role of project lead. An accomplished carpenter and all around craftsman Peter works hard to learn new processes and technology to bring the best to his role every day.

Soon to be married, Peter is a Permanent Resident of Canada sponsored by RRS through the LMIA program.

Procurement and Precision

Gage Kaldre has lived in Whistler since 2003. His attention to detail, meticulous nature and commitment to quality are second to none. He lives with his family in neighboring Pemberton, BC.

Office Manager

Nicole lives in Whistler with her husband and two young sons. Between keeping the RRS books on the rails and her duties as a mom - Nicole is a veritable Superhero. She carries a superhuman load and does it with grace and a smile. We would be lost without her steady hand on the numbers.

Formerly a ski instructor, Nicole enjoys carving turns with the same grace and power she brings to everything else.

Facilities Management

Hailee grew up in a small town in Northern Ontario. She graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce in Sports Administration in the Fall of 2021.

She lives in Pemberton. After visiting Whistler and loving it, she moved from Ontario . She has worked as a loader operator for her dads construction company.

She joined Resort Renewal Services to broaden her skills in the trades and she has become an integral part of the office team, learning the business side of construction. Outside of the office, she enjoys skiing and fishing on the weekends.

Special Projects

Tom hails from the UK. His expertise spans many fields but he spends much of his time working on special projects which require the highest level of discernment and care. Soon to be a licenced electrician he will lead our electrical division. He is a permanent resident of Canada through the LIMA program, sponsored by RRS. He is currently single if you’re looking for a date.

Facilitator

Jordan comes to us from Ontario. Hard working and dependable Jordan helps carry the load while working towards his journeymen status. An intregal part of the team, Jordan facilitates every aspect of the renovation. An accomplished repair man in his own right Jordan has learned some valuable skill in the few years he has been with us. Jordan lives in nearby Pemberton. In his spare time Jordan travels the world on DJ tours. His DJ name is DJ OHMZ.

Marketing Manager

Veronika brings a broad based wealth of experience in marketing and website management to the company. She is an accomplished painter and valuable addition to the team in her ability fill in the gaps that we didn’t even notice. She adds value to everything she does.

With her best friend and life partner Lukas, she loves camping, mushroom picking and travelling to new and exciting places.

Drafting Technician

Lukas comes from Czechia with a world of knowledge on technical drafting and implementation. He uses his skills with RRS as a key component to the Custom Cabinetry & Millwork division turning your designs into reality through the use of sophisticated computer programs and creative application of his knowledge of install.

His heart is in the mountains. He loves camping and mushroom picking with the love of his life Veronika. He is currently being sponsored to work under the Young Professionals Visa program.
